Pokémon Legends Arceus was amazing. I remember playing Pokémon Red on Gameboy, and wishing it had the graphical fidelity and open design of Ocarina of Time. This game does it better than I expected. It did it better than Pokémon Violet did. I played Pokémon Violet for about an hour and turned it off and haven't gone back (too much lag and grossness).
I played Arceus when it first came out in January of 2022 and I'm only now catching up on some blog posts from 2022 that I never wrote.
